This website is run by Shaw Entertainment Inc. (Barry Shaw Entertainment), Calgary, Alberta. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to any information you send us here. Last updated 13 August 2026.

What we collect

Only what you type into the booking form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your event type and date, and whatever you write in the message box. Nothing else. There are no accounts to create and nothing to sign up for.

What we do with it

It is emailed directly to Barry so he can reply to you about your event. That is the only reason it is collected. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it along the way

The form is delivered by a service called Web3Forms, which passes the message to Barry's inbox. The website itself is hosted by Cloudflare. Both are used purely to run the site and deliver your message.

Measuring visits

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and it does not build a profile of you. Our host keeps basic, anonymous traffic counts, the same way any web server records that a page was requested.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in Barry's email so he has a record of your booking conversation. If you would like yours deleted, just ask and it will be removed.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You are also welcome to skip the form entirely and simply phone Barry.
